e2e Entry into Employment

What is e2e?

Not ready to get an apprenticeship or a job? If you're 16-18 then e2e could be the answer.  It's all about helping you and is planned around you and your needs.

e2e will give you

  •  the time to build skills you need in the workplace like 'Key Skills' and 'Skills for Life'
  • some work experience
  • the chance to do things that'll help you build your confidence and motivation.

Money

If you are on an e2e programme, you may be able to receive money in the form of an Education Maintenance Allowance EMA. You’ll need to have a bank account to pay your EMA into!

How to apply

If you’re interested you should talk to your Personal Adviser about what’s best for you. There’s also information on e2e at cnx2jobs.

work and training_01You can use the library in your Connexions Centre too as it has information for you to read or take away.
