We have relationships with lots of other people – for example - parents, carers, friends, brothers and sisters, and teachers.
It’s usually easy getting on with people, but sometimes it can be much harder, and you may feel you can't cope alone. You can get help!
You could talk to a friend, or an adult – like your parents, or carer, or a teacher. It’s important that you're comfortable talking to them and that you trust them.
You might want to talk to someone who doesn’t know you – perhaps someone with a lot of experience in the area that you’re worried about. There are lots of people and organisations who can help.
You can also talk to your Connexions Personal Adviser at school or college or in the Connexions Centre.
You can ring Connexions Direct on 080 800 13 2 19, text them on 07766 4 13 2 19 or e-mail them.
